FAQS

Absolutely, getting a tattoo is generally safe for the majority of individuals, provided that both the tattoo artist and studio adhere to all recommended safety measures, state health codes, and regulations concerning tattooing.

We meticulously adhere to the statutory requisites for tattoo establishments and tattoo artists stipulated by the State of Florida. Our body artists also conform to the rules and regulations set forth by the local health department. Our practice involves the utilization of disposable items that are designated for single-client use and are discarded after each session.

Certainly, the tattoo you select will become a permanent part of your skin, making your satisfaction paramount. We encourage you to bring anything that could aid our artists in capturing your desired vision accurately. Additionally, we have an array of reference books and original concepts. Whether you possess a well-defined idea or are seeking inspiration, we are committed to collaborating with you to craft a custom artwork that
resonates with you indefinitely.

Upon booking an appointment, it is our protocol to collect a deposit. We accept both cash and credit/debit cards, with the deposit amount contingent upon the specific artist and design. The maximum deposit never exceeds $100. The deposit you provide will be deducted from the final tattoo cost. Our artists meticulously arrange and allocate their schedules based on time blocks. In the event of a no-show, artists often struggle to fill the gap in their schedule, affecting their workflow. Deposits serve as a sincere commitment to secure your appointment and compensate the artist if you are unable to honor the appointment time. It is crucial to emphasize that deposits are non-refundable. In the case of a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited, and an additional deposit is required for rescheduling. Conversely, if you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment. It is our policy to never refund deposits, irrespective of circumstances. While we regret any potential inconvenience, this policy is essential for safeguarding our artists’ interests.

To receive a tattoo, you must be at least 18 years of age. In the case of minors, tattoos can only be administered with written and notarized consent from a parent or legal guardian, adhering to local health regulations. For all tattoo procedures, presentation of a valid driver’s license or photo ID is mandatory, and this is legally required to be photocopied. Additionally, you are expected to read and sign a waiver/ consent form.

Our skilled artists possess the ability to conceal or rectify most tattoos, including ones you dislike or those that turned out poorly. Our approach is rooted in honesty; if an artist determines that successful cover-up is not feasible, they will communicate this to you. They will work collaboratively with you to explore alternative solutions that ensure your satisfaction. Our team of dedicated artists takes immense pride in their work, considering the artwork on your body as a reflection of our craft—underscoring your contentment as a top priority.
